Player facing each other and do 5 squats then move to the next cone whilst teammate up his previous spot. Both players continue to do 5 squats along the line once at the end they will move back down the cones to finish where they started, they continue to do 5 squats at each cone.

Team mate will receive the ball and do the same.

Player 1 passes the ball into player 2 in middle who plays plays to player 3 who plays it into middle where player 1 has taken up the spot in middle.

Blue players will work for 30 seconds then run a lap round (as seen in diagram)and move up to the next technique.
On the players last technique they will do 2 laps
Then roles will be swapped so Red players can do this exercise.
1) 1-Touch pass jockey back around the cone then forward
2) Chest control then pass back
3) Header
4) Volley
5) Control around cone and pass
Players should alternate between feet when passing and controling
