Firstly is the agility warm up. Here, the participants will run in and out of the poles, which will improve their agility. The Ladders will improve their speed. Next, the rings will help them get better at their jumping, hopping from one ring to another. Finally, the hurdles will also improve their jumping, as they use 2 feet to jump over each hurdle. Socially, this should seem quite fun for children under the age of 14, and will also help physically, as it will warm them up and help them improve on their agility.

The second part of the session is the foot tennis section. Here, the players must keep the ball in the air, with one bounce allowed in their area. Similar to tennis, they get a point if the opposition messes up, and it bounces twice in their area, they kick it out, or it hits the net. Technically, it will help them improve their heading and volleying skills which will be useful in a game. In terms of tactical, the teams may come up with ways to win, such as 2 players at the front next to the net, and 1 behind or 2 at the back and 1 at the front. Socially, it is a very fun game which is full of laughs and enjoyment, and will help the players gel.

Thirdly is the attack v defence, focussing on wing play. In order to earn 2 points, the attacking team must score from a cross from a coned area, to practise what the team have learned in the heads and volleys session. The same applies for the defensive team in terms of scoring in the small goals. This will practise technical ability in a game realistic session, tactical awareness as the team will have to set up in a certain way in order to have the best chance at winning the game, will help the players socially, as they have to talk to each other and use communication skills, and physically they will have to cope with the physicality of the game.
