3v2+GK finishing (15 mins)
Describtion:- Area dimensions: 25x25m
- 3x4 min
- 3v2+GK attacks
- Players are split into 5 pairs and one Joker (always on the pitch for the attacking pair to create an overload)
- Attack starts with a pass from the coach to the feet of the attacking pair. Play until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bounds
- After each attack the attacking pair becomes the new defensive pair
Progression:
- Only allowed a maximum of one transition per each attack

6v4 build-up into 2v2 finishing (20 mins)
Describtion:
- Area dimensions: 25x25m build-up area & a 25m long but narrowing finishing area
- 4x4 min
- Attacking team looks to progress the ball from a 6v4 situation in the build-up area into a 2v1(+GK) situation in the finishing area. Ball can only be progressed via pass
- The player that passes the ball from the build-up area into the finishing area is the player that has to make the support forward run as well in order to make it a 2v1(+GK) in the finishing area. If the goalkeeper makes the progressive pass then anyone is allowed to make the supporting run into the finishing area
- Defensive team looks to intercept the ball and score
- Switch of sides after each 4 minutes
Progression:
- Have to make atleast 5 passes in the build-up area before being allowed to progress the ball
