Organization:

One defender vs 3 players with possession.
Each player outside, takes one corner. One corner stays open

Instructions:
The ball cannot go inside the square
The player with the ball has to always have two side options
The others players have to move to "find the open cone"
If defender touches the ball, he switches with the person that lost the ball outside

Possession game
Instructions:
Look for the pass to the open space.
10 straight passes is 1 goal.
The team in the middle gets out by stealing the ball from the inside and passing it outside to the opposite team from whom they stole the ball
Coaching Points:
No passes with the outside of the foot
Turn with the correct foot, pass with the opposite foot.
When my team has the ball, I will provide width to the teammate with the ball.
Progressions:
Make it two touches.

- 3 teams of 5 players
Instructions:
- Two teams play 3 minute small sided games of 5 vs. 5.
- Winner stays on.
- In the case of a draw, new team stays.

At least 5 players in the grid.
Players are positioned: line of players on one end, 1 player in the middle, and one at each corner -making a Y shape.
One ball.
Two balls for speed of play
Instructions:
Players play to two touches max. All players pass and follow their pass.
1. First player in line passes to middle player.
2. Player in the middle makes eye contact with further player, receives and turns to his right, and passes to furthest foot of this player.
3. Player passes to the zone where line is -to a player opening up to receive pass.
4. Player takes first touch in to pass to the middle.
5. Player in the middle turns the other way from previous player.
5 and 7 finish the cycle.
Coaching Points:
Pass with the inside to the next player's furthest foot, receive with the furthest foot.
Make eye contact with all players (before receiving and before turning)
Progressions:
Add two balls so that they speed of play raises
