Instructions:
Field is 35 x 15, with 5 yard central zone, 3 teams of 5
Team in possession look to connect 4 passes before they can transfer ball across to other side on ground. Central team send out 2 players to win ball back, 3 remaining players screen the central area and look to intercept passes. Play 90 sec then rotate defending team.
Prog: on interception teams flip roles, defenders bring ball in, and attackers must get into central zone before applying pressure.
Coaching Points:
Pressure ball, cover inside, show into cover, screeners read through passes. Win ball back quick.
Communication.
Arc runs.

Setup
Make pitch realistic for high press.
5 white defending players.
4 red attacking players.
Always play from the keeper.
2 Centre Backs behind red line.
Instructions
Goal keeper starts with the ball and distributes the ball to either centre backs. When ball is recieved beyond the red line this is the trigger for the red team to press as a unit to try and gain possession of the ball. Dependant on the side of the pitch the ball is played this will determin the movement off the ball the red players will adopt. For example if ball is played down the right hand side all red plyers will as a unit into the appropriate positions.
Progression
Red team to try and claim back posession within 10 seconds once ball has passed red line.
After ball has passed the red line if blues can make 10 passes they get a goal.

Press as a unit not as an idividual.
Keep posession.
Movement.
Good communication.
Body shape and angles.
