Every player has a ball at their feet, practice turning/1v1 techniques such as;
- Outside step over/fake shot to turn away with outside foot
- Inside step over to turn away with inside/outside foot
- Flip Flap
- Cruyff turn
- Ronaldo Chop
Coaching points:
- Good technique/motion crucial before adding in speed/tempo
- When performing a turning/1v1 technique, can the player use a burst of speed to get into space within the playing area
- Can players dummy/feignt their intended change of direction. It's not just about the feet
- Make area bigger/smaller to increase success/difficulty
- Are players aware of their surroundings? It's an unopposed drill but there are lots of obstacles to avoid still

Teams face each other at the side of the pitch, pinks start by dribbling the ball in, oranges call for a 'foot-on' at which point the pinks stop the ball and make a looping run around the coach, once past the coach they become the defender.
Orange players looks for a strong first touch and drives forward to score a goal. Goals only count once in the shooting zone.
Coaching Points:
- Speed, Concentration and first touch key
- Defending principles important
- Coach can move to make it easier/harder for the defending team
- Add in a time limit to speed things up
- 2v1 either way to increase success/difficulty

- Toe taps
- Brazilian toe taps
- Bells
- Bells with Ronaldo chop
- Push pulls
- Double step overs (static ball)
