Organization:

6/8 players per group

3/4 minutes at each station

Instructions:

Station 1: Quick feet through the ladder - Hop through speed rings - onto ball and dribble through blue cones - pass to coach - coach lays off back to player - 1st time finish

Station 2: Pass starts it to player holding ball - Player receives pass, takes a touch and passes back to feeder - Player then sprints to feeder and touches ball in hand - Back pedal 5 yards (halfway) and head the ball back to player - Take first ball and dribble around yellow cones - Sprint to end with ball at foot - First player to pass black cone with controlled ball (dribble) wins

Station 3: Dribble Knockout - 2 Defenders - Rest of players in that group Dribblers - If you are knocked out, must do 10 pushups in next square - Rotate defenders after 1 minute

Station 4: Indian Run - Start without ball - Players jog around the grid - Every time the coach says, the player at the end of the line sprints to the front - Repeat - Add ball to each player - Same thing except with dribbling
