Explanation:
Use full pitch area.
Play starts at position A. Clean pass to position B.
B takes a touch and lays off to position C.
Player A after seeing the layoff from B makes the overlapping run to receive a through ball from C.
Player D on through ball being made makes the run towards the goal and strike.
Player A then joins the back of the mirrored group and so on.
Player D makes the run from one end of the pitch to the other to receive
