Reds/Blues run across half way line to collect a ball from own area. Ru/dribble back and put ball into their goal - winner is 1st team to put all balls in their own goal.
Learning Objectives:
Technical:
Passing, reciving, turning, movement creating space.
Tactical:
Drop to half way line, allow reds to play in own half - show down one side of pitch be compact pressure the ball.
Physical:
Speed, A,B,C, strength. all used during ball work and relay sessons.

Communication required to regain shape to encourage team mates during relay races.
