Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Passing activation Square

Passing activation square.

Organisation:

• 4 cones in a 10m square, 5 players and 1 ball.
• Play begins when player with the ball passes to their left, player recieving now plays a diagonal across the square.
• Player recieving diagonal lays the ball off to the player on their left, who in turn plays a diagonal.
• After player plays a diagonal the move to the cone in front of them (anticlockwise movement) and the cycle continues around the square.
• Change direction of pass and movement to work left and right feet.

• Awareness, when and where to move, timing of pass.
