Rotate teams every 5 min
Coaching points:
Outside nuetrals are designated as right and left midfielders. Stay even with the ball when it is across the field and constantly moving along the width to provide support.
Neutral on end line is center defender, once again alway supporting the central players and outside midfield.
Players in middle of area are 2 central midfielders and a forward.
Defensive players are 2 midfielders and central defender
Looking to keep shape, looking for supporting angles and not force play but always attempt to retain posession and play into new spaces.
