Players dribble around the area while and practice session's skills :Toe taps, drag back & v drag back.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- Tighten the area
- Designate one player each 2 minute to announce which skill to perform while dribbling around.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- How many times were you able to perform the skill within 1 minute while keeping the ball inside the playing area ?

Technical (20 mins)
Set up
20*15, ball each, two gates similar to team's colors.
Organization
One player from each end starts at a time by dribbling towards the middle, uses inside/outside foot to dribble towards the opponent's gate then makes a turn and accelerate to his gate.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
- Semi opposed situation: one player start with the ball, opposite one presses him down, player with the ball has to dribble through any gate before defenders blocks it using learned skills.
Challenges:
- Add time as an extra pressure.
