This session was delivered by Alan Irvine for an LMA Masterclass at St George's Park on 25/9/19.
It was based on statistics and research from the UEFA Technical Report on the 18-19 Champion's League, with particular reference to Liverpool FC and their style of play.
The session is taken from my observations and notes.

Replace mannequins with defenders
- Start with just 2 CBs.
