Far post hitting
Player A starts just inside the 25 and runs around the cone for a far post shot. Player D is trying to tip it. As that finishes, B passes to C who makes a move around/over the obstacle and passes to D who has lead near post. C (baseline player) then becomes the far post player for the next side.
Then NEXT A takes the ball to their forehand side and shoots far post and the drill continues on the other side.
Rotation: A-B-C-D-A
***The goal is to hit the ball with backhand/forehand hard to the far post player. Shot is taken inside the D.
