Finishing from wide & central areas. All 3 positions start with a give and go then player spins around blind side of defender and try to finish using 1 or 2 touches.
1 - finish using right foot from angled position
2 - finish using left foot from angled position
3 - set and spin finish using both feet
Players shoot in order , 1 first then 2 & 3, try to keep quick tempo, all players switch positions so shoot from each number and passers switch with shooters. Passing challenge players have to use correct weight & spin to enable first time shot if possible.

Players split into 2 teams:
1 team completes a dribbling circuit timed challenge and other team completes a finishing challenge. On command of coach both teams try to achieve as many completed dribbling circuits and goals in 2 minutes then switch over.Players who are shooting must pass first to server then sprint around manaquin or cone opposite server so ball is served across goal face for inside foot finish.Technique is to sweep or push the ball into goal with inside of foot ( guide ball in).Finishing with ball delivered from wide areas.
