ES In posession w/ pressure to defending goal
- Coach plays to either wide server (S1/S2)
- S3 acts as pressing forward and may press goalkeeper from either side as soon as they're played the ball (must go around airbodies)
- GK plays to open player (S1/S2), who plays ball back to Coach to restart sequence.
- 4x reps, then rotate the three server roles.
Progressions:
- Add square ball and shot from S1/S2 (may go to central server/S3 or all the way across to opposite server)
- Add option for initial ball to go into S3, who touches round airbody to finish on goal

AW 3 Part Cycle (Action 1)
- C starts by tossing flighted ball for GK to claim (may alternatively begin with S3 playing clipped ball to edge of 6)
- GK rolls out to S1, who touches round mannequin and plays to S2
- S2 touch round mannequin (either side) and shoots on goal

AW 3 Part Cycle (Action 2)
- If GK has held the shot, they begin by playing S3, otherwise C enters new ball for GK
- S3 plays to feet of GK, who then plays S2
- S2 plays S1, who touches round mannequin (either side) and shoots on goal

AW 3 Part Cycle (Action 3)
- GK plays to S1, who takes touch out of feet and hits clipped ball across the area onto S3
- S3 may either take touch and shoot on goal or whip cross in for S1/S2 (finish from cross must be first time)
