1v1 Multi-direction Defensive focus
First player passes across, and white attack the bottom and the right gate. 2pts to score in the bottom 1pt for the right. If defenders regain the ball they can attack the left and top gate.
Focus is on forcing the attacker wide and regaining possesion.

7 MINS PER PROGRESSION
1st (Left) - 2 balls with the end players, player in the middle checks in and bounces off each ball. Focus on weight of pass and meeting the ball in front
2nd (Middle)- 1 ball, middle player checks in to recieve and bounces off to same player. Then check to the side whilst the ball goes long to the other outside player, then middle player switches sides to repeat. Mention timing of the run, delay until pass gets there to remain unmarked
3rd (Right)- First player on the 1st cone plays the ball across, begins run into the middle. Checks to the side, recieves on back foot and plays with front. Let players figure out playing back front, benifits being the ball is played quicker.

SAQ station, go through the hurdles and sprint the first pole. Back pedal to next pole then sprint to the third. Do hurdles.
2mins per set, 40 second rest. Go at your own pace, overtake on straights if need to.
