Organization:
Using 6 small cones, set them up in sets of 3 with the middle cones 1 or 2 feet behind the cones to the right and left. The right and left cone should be 1 step away from the middle cones. Make sure there is enough space between each set of 3 cones. Use 2 larger cones to make a small goal.
Instructions:
The keeper starts on the end middle cone. The step out to the right or left cone then dive, taking the ball out of the coaches hands low to the ground. They get up throw the ball back to the coach and go back to the start point and do the same thing to the opposite side. After the second low dive they move forward into the second middle cone. They again step out to either the right or left cone then dive, taking the ball out of the coaches hands at waist height. They then do the same thing to the oppositie side. Move into the final goal and make 2 saves to balls hit along the ground (1 to either side).
Progressions:
1- When in the final goal, have 1 shot along the floor and the second in the air.
2- When in the final goal, have 2 shots in the air.
Coaching Points:
Make sure they are in the set position before each dive/shot.
Step out towards the ball.
Push off the leg closest to the ball.
Move both hands together towards the ball.

Organization:
Set up a small goal and have plenty of balls.
Instructions:
Using a small goal the keeper start on one side facing the coach. The ball is aimed across the goal along the floor to start with. The keeper should step out towards the ball and then make a diving save.
Progressions:
1- Serve the ball across the goal at waist height.
2- The keeper stands facing 90* away from the coach. On command they turn and then make a save along the floor.
3- The keeper stands facing 90*away from the coach. On command they turn and then make a diving save at waist height.
Coaching Points:
Make sure they are in the set position when they are at the cone.
Step out towards the ball.
Push off the leg closest to the ball.
Move both hands towards the ball at the same time.
Turn in one movement.

Organization:
Use a goal that is suitable for the age of your players and have plenty of soccer balls.
Instructions:
Have the keeper stand in the middle of the goal facing the server. They throw the ball back and forth between them until the server decides to shoot. The keeper then needs to react to the shot and attempt a diving save. Start with shos along the floor.
Progressions:
1- Serve the shots to waist height.
Coaching Points:
Keep your hands in the set position after throwing the ball back to the server.
Step out towards the ball.
Push off the leg closest to the ball to start the dive.
Stay facing away from the goal and towards the ball.
Move both hands towards the ball at the same time.

Organization:
In the area that you are going to use for the full session, you need at least 1 keeper and multiple balls.
Instructions:
Start with the keeper sat on the floor with their legs out infront of them. The coach rolls the ball to either side and the keeper rolls onto their side and shoulder with their arms extended towards the ball to stop it.
Progressions:
1- From a sitting position the coach throws the ball so that when you roll onto your side and shooulder you catch the ball.
2- Kneel with your body fully extended so you are as tall as possible. The coach rolls the ball to either side, you roll from this position onto your side and shoulder with your arms extended towards the ball to stop it.
3- From a kneeling position the coach throws the ball so that as you roll onto your side and shoulder you catch the ball.
4- Now try from standing.
Coaching Points:
Move both hands to the ball at the same time.
Push your body towards the ball.
Stop the ball with your hands behind it facing away from the goal.
