Explanation
Phase 1
GK starts with the ball and roles to the central player. Central player takes touch out of feet and hits the goalkeeper on the body with a M3RD strike.
Phase 2
GK roles back to central player and the game is then 'Live'. Attacking players look to create 1v1 situation against the goalkeeper in as few touches as possible.
-ball doesnt have to played by central player
-receiving player can shoot at goal if Goalkeeper is taking up unrealistic positions
-offsides apply
- Attacking players look to make different types /angles of runs
-Game realistic finishes once beyond defensive unit
