5v3 possession with one player (10 or target 9) on the team of 5 the designated playmaker in the smaller grid. Attacking team must get 5 passes in a row or 3 consecutive passes into the PM while keeping possession. Should the defensive team win the ball, they should look to dribble out of the big grid.

7v5 Possession playing into a grid to 3 designated PMs. PMs can be 8, 9 or 10. Attacking team must get 5 passes in a row or 1 pass into PM while keeping possession. Should defensive team win possession they look to dribble outside the grid.

1) Player without ball checks toward the ball at an angle and receives. That player opens up her body to receive and plays to the diagonal player who dribbles back to the closest line. Repeat on opposite side and player should follow their pass after the ball is played.
2) Player without ball checks back at an angle and exchanges a double pass. Upon passing, that player spins out to receive the ball and then plays the diagonal ball to the waiting wide player who dribbles back to the closest line. Repeat on the opposite side and player should follow their pass after the ball is played. ***Progression: Player without ball checks back and at an angle and receives pass. She then combines with a double pass and opens up to support. The player with the ball passes diagonal, while the first player checks to the diagonal player with a 1-2. Diagonal player dribbles to the end line.
