"Y setup" on both sides of fields
2 teams
Activity:
Alternate sides of Y on each rep; Follow pass
1) 2-touch through middle cone who receives on half-turn - end player dribbles back with pace
2) 1-touch give-and-go's to move ball up field - end players dribbles back with pace
3) 2-touch through middle on half-turn; Highest player either turns on half turn and cross (outside) or shot (inside)
4) 1-touch to get high player for cross (wide) or layoff for shot (inside)

Defenders on posts
Attackers - 1 on post; others in 2 lines about 25 yards out
Activity:
Serve ball into checking forward who combines with deep players to create 3v2 to goal

White team in 4-3-3
Dark team in G Prep shape - 4-3-3 - some with single 6 and some with two 6's
70x20 square near half
Activity:
Ball starts with white team (attacking big goal) where they play backwards to center back to build attack.
White team looks to play through the lines to score on big goal.
Dark team scores by dribbling over half line.
Coaching Points:
+ Midfield defending - we need to match their shape - our #10 matches with their #6
+ #7/11 playing as midfielders - deny passes to forwards
+ #4/5 marking their #9 tightly
+ If GPrep gets deep for a cross being sure we mark on top of box
