Organisation
Use the SSG pitches already set up.
Players split into appropriate groups onto each pitch.
The Practice
Chain Tag.
1 Player to start 'on'
The others are to space out around pitch
The Player whos is 'on' must attempt to tag the other players. If a player gets tagged they must join arms with the player(s) who tagged. The chain must stay linked at all times for any of the tags to count.

3 Ladders of diffent colours to be set up as shown in diagram with an end target cone.
1yard between each cone, target cone 10 yards in front.
Players to be split across the 3 ladders.
The Practice
Players are to focus on their physical development by moving through the ladders in a variety of ways (sigle taps, double taps, bunny hops, zig zags).
When a player gets to the end of the ladder they must sprint to the target cone before jogging back into the que.

3v3's on each pitch (may need to adapt).
The Practice
Simple small sided games. However challenges should include driving the ball into space & exploiting gaps as quickly as possible. This can be furtherd by given the condition of 'A goal must be scored within 5 seconds'..... This can be utalized a group or individual challenge based on the success levels.

Pitches need to be picked up to avoid confusion**
4 Grids of 30x15 to be set up with a 3x3 sqare in the middle
6 Players on each grid.
2 footballs per grid + spares placed near practice.
The Practice
Both ways to work simultaneosly. Players are to dribble upto the square before moving the ball to theier right, then the must drive the ball to the opposite side and pass into next player.This then progresses to moving to the left.
Progression.
Now players must coomunicate which way they are going.
