Instructions:
Quick Free kicks should be taken in deeper central areas if possible, with a pass to an onside ready teammate.
If no smart quick play opportunity is available, the kick should be taken as a cross, into opposite side target area.
Free kicks awarded in forward wide areas should be taken as a cross.
The cross should be taken, aiming for the space outside the 6yd box, towards the back post.
Other players should be onside when the kick is taken, and be moving towards goal, to score with a header, and to follow up a spilt ball from the GK
All players react to a poor cross or a GK's clean catch, transitioning back into defence
If the defending team clear the ball, we should try and put it back into the attacking area ASAP
If the ball in cleared, our waiting players in the target area should look to get back behind the ball with a retreating run, and then only attack again if one of our team is able to put the ball back in ASAP

Instructions:
Indirect free kicks awarded inside the 18yd box will have players play their own "trick" free kick

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Instructions:
Free kicks awarded in our 18yd box should be taken as a goal kick, and players should setup in the positions needed to play out from the back
Free kicks awarded in our half, outside the 18rd box, in central areas, should have the GK play a long range pass into the other half, to a player wanting to get the ball.
The cross should be taken, aiming for the space the player can move into.
Other players should be onside when the kick is taken, with the first touch towards goal.
All players react to a poor cross or a defensive clearance, transitioning back into defence
If the defending team clear or win the ball, we should try and win it back ASAP

Instructions:
Free kicks awarded in wide areas, in our half, should be taken by a defender, and could be taken as a quick kick, long pass or playing out - as they see fit, depending on both team's fitness and shape.
The pass should be taken, aiming for the space the player can move into.
Other players should be onside when the kick is taken, with the first touch towards goal.

2 people in front make large curved runs to draw away the defence, finishing their runs at the top of the D and outside the 18yd, towards the back post.
4 people waiting (marked in blue area) are in a tight cluster, outside the 18yd box, and make their run into the target area, following in on the GK
2 people waiting as covering defence, one on the halfway, and one just in front, on the ball side.
Our GK is high and in the ready to run position.
All runners should be moving towards goal, to score with a header, and to follow up a spilt ball from the GK

Instructions:
Defending corner kicks should be setup with both 'zone' and 'player-marking'
Our GK starts on the line, halfway between the centre and back post.
1 person starts halfway up the 6yd line, on the ball side.
3 'zone' people start along the top of the 6yrd box, starting in-line with the back post, and cover the back 2/3 of the line
4 people starting (marked in blue area) are 'player marking' and make their run into the target area, staying between their player and the goal.
1 person waiting in a wide half space, on the 'corner side' of the ball - MUST be strong on the ball, and play forward FAST to catch the other team out of position
1 person waiting high and wide on the ball - MUST be strong on the ball, and play forward FAST to catch the other team out of position

Instructions:
'Zone' Players should setup facing 45* angle trying to win the ball and clear it towards player waiting high and wide.
'Player marking' players should face their players and "screen" the runners by making it hard for them to get a clean header, staying between the runner and the goal.
