-3v2
-Play starts with GK playing the ball out to one of the defenders who must try to get the ball into the #9 Orange inside the zone. Once the #9 receives the ball they must 1v1 with the White defender and score on goal. The Orange team can use the yellow N to build up play and create an overload.
-If the Whites gain possession of the ball, they can score on the GK.
-Orange team should be encouraged to use the GK to create a 4v2
-Team in possession should be patient and keep the ball until they can find the traget player/#9
-When the Oranges lose the ball, they must react quickly and defend
-Switch teams around every X amount of minutes
PROGRESSION 1
-To progress the exercise, when the ball is played into the #9, another player on the oranges can make a supporting run and enter the zone to create a 2v1.
-The player who makes the run stays as the new #9 when play restarts
-3rd Man Runs
-Maybe if its a 2v1, it is a 1st time finish to score if the combine.
PROGRESSION 2
-The N becomes a second defender inside the zone
-Now more reliance on including the GK to create an overload.
-Also as it is now 1v2 inside the zone, the supporting run must come fast
