Passing Pattern

Starts with a player passing into the middle player. Middle player bounces underneath to the starting player, who plays long into the player out wide. The wide player then plays back to the middle player who just bounced, before transferring the ball out wide again.

Starting player goes into the middle after passing, middle player goes out wide, and from out wide you go to the opposite wide spot. On receiving on the last wide spot, dribble back to the start.

Introduce 2 balls and move to three balls depending on session numbers and skill level.

Key Details

- Move toward the ball, don't be static and wait for it to arrive

- Be ready for the next movement, pass and move constantly

- Take care of your pass, setup your teammate for success
