High Pressing System:
- Man-to-Man Press
- Strikers will go press center backs right away trying to force a mistake
- Highlighted match-ups we want to exploit
Keys to Success:
1. Find the free man in build-up to get out - may require to play someone under pressure to be a bouncer to get the ball out of pressure
- Example: Play into a 6 who bounces the ball out to a 2 or 3 who has out ran his marker
2. If we can get our wingers (7 or 11) to run behind the opposition backs early, there are opportunities at goal

Low Block System:
1. 5-3-2 with two defensive midfielders to clog up the middle of the pitch
2. Highlighted areas that we can exploit
Keys to Success:
1. Rapid ball circulation with control
2. Very strong rest defense from the two 6s
3. Crosses to runners behind their center backs to the weak side

Build-Out Pattern:
1. Play short to the side but then hit a ball into the channel upon first sense of pressure
2. Elect to go long from the goal kick down the middle looking for a flick on or some way to get the ball behind
Keys To Success:
1. Start in a narrow shape to have more players in the middle of the field - help win duels and 2nd balls
2. When they go short winger fires out to press and everyone else shifts over in behind him to help win duels and 2nd balls
