Organization:

-Three teams
-Team orange hold possession
-Team white defends
-Team blue supporting
Activity:
-Orange team connects 5 passes, then looks to connect to supporting team
-Supporting team becomes the team that holds possession
-White team stands in the middle one defender applies pressure, if ball is won they play ball to supporting team, transition to become supporting team. Attacking team becomes defending team.
Variation:
-Connecting different amount of passes
-Limit touches on the ball
Coaching Points:
-Players are to penatrate open space
-Connection of passes quickly
-Defenders pressure quickly and try to gain ball possesion as soon as possible
-quick transition and attention to space and other players

5 vs 5 Plus 3 (8vs5)
Focus on Defending and transistion
Objective:
The ball will start with the coach giving it to one of the teams of five players. Those five players plus the three neutral will now try to possess the ball from the other team of 5 players. The defenders are trying to win the ball and when they do score quickly within 5 passes in any of the goals. If they score they now become the team in possession with the neutrals.

Objective:
Team in Possesion looks to keep the ball for 10 passes to score.
The defending two players look to win the ball and play back to there targets for a point or knock it out and get the ball for possession.
