Stage I: Passing Pattern
3+ players per group; 15-20 yds end to end, 7-10 to middle pole; 1 ball (extras at ends);15 min activity (4:1 work:rest, 3 sets), Low intensity
1. Player A moves towards the pole, quickly peels off to create space.
2. Player A receives pass from Player B with the far foot, plays ball to Player C. Following pass, Player B now moves towards the pole, peels off to create space.
3. Player C receives pass, plays Player B.
**Activity can be modified with initial pass being played to near foot. If happens, Player A passes back to teammate then spins away to receive a pass in forward space to complete pattern.
