Player B takes a touch away from the pressure of Player C (and towards Player D), Player B then passes to Player D (can be first time pass), this pass triggers Player E to come in to defend Player D (passively). Player D allows the ball to run across their body away from the pressure of Player E (and lining up Player G), Player D passes to player G and moves off towards Player F, Player G passed back into the path of Player D. Player D passes to Player F, this pass triggers Player H to come in to defend Player D (passively). Player F takes a touch away from the pressure of Player H - and passing sequence contines up the field. following the pases Player A moves to Postion C, Player C moves to Position B, Player B moves to Position D, movement sequence contines up the field, movement sequence contines up the field. Sequence can be either return from Position Z, last in sequence, to Position A or replicated so a sequence returns to Position A.

Area: 20 x 40 area, 10m end zones, 20 x 20 mid zone (shaded), two small goals at each end
Players: 10-14 players,
Explanation: 2 v 1 in each end zone, 3 v 3 in mid third. Play starts with one team from their defensive end zone. Attacking team aims to tranistion through the zones to score at the opposite end. Attacker can transition (move) from their defensive zone into the mid third and into attacking end zone, defenders cannot move zones. If the defenders win the ball they become the attacking team (defenders no need to quickly return to their original zone)
Coaching Cues; movement to creating space/passing lanes; movement to support/tranistion in attack; knowing options before receiving the ball, first touch to create a passing opportunity; timing, weight and direction of passes; playing back to reset.
