SET UP =7 players,set up 2 boxes if 14 players

6 cones 1 ball 

ACTION = start off 2touch to get used to exercise

middle player is link player working up and down the grid linking passes

ball goes into middle player then back out to one of the wide players,wide player passes back to the opposite end player,both wide player always move up and down together,middle player should switch what sides he plays ball out wide to mix it up

COACHING POINTS=end players will dictate what side the miidle player will go 

have to ratate hips quivk for early release of pass,

slow down take extra touch if losing control of the ball
