Passing with delivery to striker
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Make it only one direction and add in a CF and GK.
Add Some cones for the wingers to dribble through before they deliver into the CF.
Remove the cones and add some defenders in to be passive at first.

LB No. 3 plays the ball into CDM No.6 who plays a bounce pass to the on coming RB No.2 who receives the ball on the back foot and passes to ATT MID No.8 who does a bounce pass to the LB who has made a forward run. No. 3 then receives the ball and passes to the RW No.7. The session then goes from right to lest using the same principals with the No.7 now being the No.3 and the No.11 being the No.2.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Make sure that the No.2 times his run and doesn't get ahead of the No.6's bounce pass.
Same with the No.3 needs to time his run to not get in front of the No.8.
Can we then introduce a second ball so that ALL full backs are moving up the field opposite each other.
No.6&8 now need to scan both ways to receive the ball.
