4v4 inside with 4 players positioned within a meter inside the playing area act as bumbers start by playing unlimited touches then add restricions. Once a team scores they turn and attack the opposite goals while the team that was defending takes up the corner positions. The two defenders entering the field in front of the attackers slow the attack to allow the other two to get into a defensive shape.
