Organization:
2 teams of 4 players with 2 outside neutral players
Instructions:
Neutral players are allowed three touches in the the channel. No defenders can enter the channel. The focus is on attacking and getting the wingers and full backs involved in the play. Encourage them to create chances to cross the ball or draw a defender and then cut the ball back for someone to dribble forward.
Progression
Allow the defender to enter the channel once the ball has entered the channel to apply pressure. At this time you may start working on some over laps by having the winger receive the ball and the fullback overlap/underlap to get behind and cross.
Coaching Points:
- Movement and Mobility in and around the box
- Timing of runs and different passing options/technique

7v7 game focusses of creating scoring changes involving FB. Build off from the last activity getting the FB and wingers involved in the attack

Instructions:
The players will dribble to the mannequin and perform a skill move and shoot at the goal to start.
Progression:
- Player 1 on the far left dribble dribble towards the mannequin and takes a shot. After player 1 shoots, they will do a one-two (give & go) with Player 2 who shoots at the net. Player one will continue and receive a pass from the third player and pass it into the corner and a cross is made for player 1 and 2 to score on net.
Coaching Points
1. Dribble at defender (change of speed and direction)
2. Unbalance the defender and attack open space
3. Shooting technique (plant foot, laces or instep)
4. Types of shot (near post, far post, high or low)
