*Pitch set up as illustrated with lines taking pitch inwards.
*Two teams of 7v7 with an offside line at either side.
Aims:
*Improvement movement off the ball.
*Combination play to create goal scoring opportunities,
Progressions:
1. If the GK saves the ball a defender is allowed to drop into the area to receive to play out.
2. A defender can retreat into this area where appropriate
3. Two attackers are allowed into the shaded area in order to create a 2 v 1
