Partner Passing:(5 min)
- Standard passing warm up. Start player about 8 yards apart and start with some push passing. After a couple minutes move on to sweep passing.
- Make it very clear to players that the goal is to make our passes accurate. Encourage players to not lose their ball even one time. It's likely that they will lose the ball a lot but give them a standard they can aspire to.

Shark Tank: (10 min)
- Set up a grid with a boundary
- each player enters the grid with their ball and tries to defend it from everyone else
- Meanwhile players are also trying to knock the other players's balls away as well
- as more players get knocked make the grid smaller so that players can't simply hide from one another
- At the end of the game the winner can decide a fitness related punishment for the rest of the players

Obstacle Course Relays: (10 min)
- Portion A of the course requires the player to dribble in and out of the cones. Portion B involves players making two big pulls from one side to the other when they encounter the long obstacles. From there, players run to portion C where they must complete 5 spins before carrying the ball back to the next person waiting in line.
- Get each group to go through the drill 3 times before moving forward or adjusting the drill

- The ball starts with A and is passed to C, C then passes to B, B then passes to D. D recieves the ball, turns and shoots on net
- Don't follow your pass in this drill, instead just follow the order of the letters: ex. A goes to B, B goes to C and C becomes D
- Halfway through switch the starting side

1V1's Defending :(10 min) PLEASE TEACH THEM HOW TO MAKE A CLEAN POLE TACKLE!
- A Coach starts as an attacker and receives the ball from the defender & the coach tries to get past the defending player and score
- The reason the coach is attacking is because you can adjust the level of skill required to score depending on the skill level of the player defending. It also allows you to guide them into making smart defending choices
- As a coach, teach defenders how to position their bodies for a tackle, how to poke tackle without fouling, flat stick tackles

Numbers Game: (20 min)
- Small sided game, players are divided into two teams. Players on each team are numbered 1 through 10. Players stays outside the field of play until the coach calls their number in which case they run on to the field and try to score against the player on the other team who has the same number.
- Can be played as a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4...etc.
- Tends to run smoother with less players on the field
- Switch the players on the field after a goal or use your discretion.

Dymanic Warm Up
Dynamic Warm Up: (10 mins)
- Before getting into any drills get the players to jog for a couple minutes and introduce them to dynamic warmups that include things like opening/closing the gate, high knees, butt-kicks, high kicks, ankle sweeps, lunges, side shuffles, karaoke, etc.
- Warming up like this reduces the chances of injury and is a skill they will use later in their sports/lives
