-SESSION SPECIFIC (POSSESSION)
-ALL PLAYERS WORK INSIDE GRID PERFORMING CONTINUOUS WITH VARIOUS RANGE OF MOTION MOVEMENTS AND DYNAMIC RANGES ALSO WORK ON NEURAL PREPARATION
-Players begin by performing continuous movement inside of the grid without ball for the first 3 min.
-Players continue with performing dynamic range of motion exercises for 5 min. Ball is added.
-Players prepare for the next stage. Players inside the 4 X 4 yard square begin on their toes moving in between each other the players on the outside meanwhile are moving their ball at their feet. On the coaches shout of go the middle players go to receive a ball from an outside player before playing it back off two touch. The middle player will then go back through the middle square before then going to another outside player and doing the same thing. The players in the middle are trying to visit as many outside players as possible in 30 seconds. Once you reach 30 seconds switch the players to the opposite job. Make it competitive from the start to get the players at a high tempo.

Both touches right foot, both touches left foot, one touch either foot, one touch pass, receive and find a new player to pass to on the outside
