Set Up -- Groups of approx. 8 -10 -- First 2 mins just getting the feel for the pattern. Progress to compitition first group to 10 -- Points are score when the ball returns to the starting cone.
Progression III -- The supporting run must be in a different channel than where the ball was played through. Supporting run in a different channel and bounce pass (combination)

Organization
Player #1 starts with the ball and takes a touch (trigger) and passes to player #2. Player #2 checks off the cone to show in the gap/window and recieve. Player 2 takes a controling touch and plays through a gap/window to player 3. Player 2 shows in a different gap/window than where the ball was played through. Players follow their pass. Players must play 2 touch.

Locked ankle -- Heel down/toe up -- knees bent -- body over the ball -- plant foot next to the ball point towards the target.
Pay attention to the details.
Timing of movement, create seperation by checking off the cone at the right moment, show and sit in the gaps/windows.
