GK Doggies (5 Xs)
Set up:
6-12 balls at each station
Starting position cones/ples
1. GKs sprint 6 yards out and dive to a ball
2. GK runs back to starting point
3. GK sprints 12 yards and dives to ball and back to starting
4. GK sprints 18 yards and dives to ball and back to starting.
5. GK sprints 24 yards and dives to ball and back to starting.

GK Figure 8's (5Xs)Set up- Drill/Exercise -
1. Jog the side
2. Turn and sprint to the other corner
3. Once in diving distance, slow down and appropriately dive as a breakaway to the ball
4. Turn around the pole/cone and jog opposite side
5. As you get to the four balls you dive to the left ball
6. Footwork and dive to the next ball to the right
7. Footwork and dive to the next ball to the left
8. Footwork and dive to the last ball to the right
9. Run around the pole/cone and sprint back to the starting point
10. Next GK goes.
