-Focus on how your body hits the ground, limit the impact on your body.

-hands to the ball immediately

-step into the path of the ball, not at the shooter

GK gets set behind the small goals and quickly moves forward to make the save in front of them.

Coaching Points:

-Get set on the correct angle at the moment of the shot.

-quick, compact steps to move forward in front of small goal to make save.

-add distrbution

-add second shot back to other side of goal if GK does not hold first shot cleanly

-ability for the shooter to shoot at big goal or small goals, keeping GK honest
