Essence:
- to work on transferring higher up the pitch and how the mid/forwards can move to create options.
Structure:
- The halfbacks start with the ball and transfer the ball. Any player can choose to feed the ball out of the back line. Whoever gives the pass joins in on the attack.
- 4 players start in the circle and move to post up. They are continually moving to create space and passing opportunities. Once the ball has been fed we play a 5v4.

Essence:
- To work on creating a turnover and to attack down certain areas in the circle.
Structure:
- The 4 players start on the red double cone and pass the ball in to one of the 2 defenders.
- The defenders need to try and score in either green cone zones. If they do dribble it over the attackers do 10 push ups.
Technical Points:
- Talk about attacking in pairs and not diving in, not making it a 1v1.
- How we can break once we create a turnover and what positions in the circle we should be getting to.
