fast jog up to the first pole, soon as you hit that pole sprinting through the other poles. try and create a large curved run instead of sharp turns.
when you get to the last pole we are slowing down to half way, when we hit this moment mix up running styles. go through running normal, sideways, backwards ect.
after you hit halfway, its a recovery run back to the start, no slower than 15% speed.
when you reach the start again maximum of 15 seconds rest then you go again.
Try to hit 5 reps before having an extended break.
can complete these runs with a ball also
