Sprint training [1] (10 mins)
Objective:
a fun sprinttraining with ball.
Material:
2 Mini - goals
9 Small cones
4 Large cones
Balls
2 x 7 Over vests.
Explanation:
Teams are devided by trainer and everyone starts at the ''gate'' with ball. First player is the attacker and tries to score in the mini goal. When the player shoots on the goal, the attacker becomes a defender on Field 2. The first player in the gate is attacker. When the attacker shoots, or the defender has taken the ball the attacker on field 2 becomes defender on Field 1.
Tips:
!! The right size of the fields is very important. Defenders should have a change to prevent a goal by the attacker.
!! Try to motivate and stimulate the players during this exercise.
!! Sometimes the attacker will start too early. Give signals when he is allowed to start
!! This is a intensive exercise, so don't do too many sessions. Add some rest between the sessions.
