Technical: Multi Directional Possession with Goalkeepers - 20 Minutes
Using an area 40 x 40 yards is a 6 v 6 with 2 goalkeepers located inside 20 yards apart. Goalkeepersare in a 5 x 5-yard square. The aim is to keep possession using the goalkeepers as an overload 8 v 6.To start goalkeepers are only allowed to use their feet progressing to use their hands only. Once the teams have to complete 10 passes without the opposition getting a touch on the ball then the ball is live to score in either mini-goal and score a point to retain possession.
- If the team out of possession steals the ball and scores in either mini-goal then they become the possession team
