Organisation
Start in between both goals. Call numbers 1 or 2 for which goal to step into first and name of who is going to serve to first ball. Once ball is dead the other server will stiker ball toward the opposite goal.
progression
Add manaquins (act as deflections) more game realistic.
Servers
2 goalkeepers act as servers.
2 goalkeepers in goal and rotate every 2 strikes.
2 goalkeepers will be in and around goals looking for rebounds.
Rotate afte rset of 4-6 goes.
Coaching Points
1.Goalkeeper getting into line of shot.
2. Distances down the line of shot
3. When to get into set position.
4. Where hands are being carried.
5. Set position (not to low, look big in goal)
