Players pass the ball with the hands. Players only get three steps if needed. Can only intercept in the air. If the ball drops, the other team obtains possession where the ball dropped. To score, pass the ball to a teammate to head the ball to a target who catches the ball. Can also play, toss and head in a goal

For U12 and under, pass the ball into a target for point
