8v4 Possession
Set-up with two groups (Scott 1 group, Gerson 1 group, Jon float)
**We can also do 1 big group and put 2 red, 2 green in each corner.
1v1 in each 1/4 of the field
Red and Green are locked in and cannot move outside there box
Blue is neutral and can move anywhere to create 2v1, 3V1, 4V1 possession.
Red can play red in other boxes and same for Green.
Green can only defend in there 1/4
Every 10 passes is a point.

3v2 BOTB
Blue plays the ball from the top to the defender in between the 6 and the 18 yard box.
Red has a outside back and a center midfielder. Blue has two pressing defenders. Red looks to score in counter goal. If Blue wins it they shoot on the back goal where two goalies look to defend the net.
Progression, add additional midfielder in to create 4v2

Blue has 9,7,11,6,8,10. Red looks to dribble over the end line. If Blue wins it they shoot on the back goal where two goalies look to defend the net.
