Players will go to Area 1, followed by Area 2, then finally to Area 3.
Area 1: 10 minutes.
Area 2: 10 minutes
Area 3: 15 minutes

Area 1:
Dynamic Warm Up. This will consist of:
Jogging, Side Steps, Open Gates, Close Gates, High Knees, Heel Flicks, Hamstring Curls, Lunges, Cross Body Kicks, Tip-Toe Calf Walk, High Skips, Fast Feet/Sprint. Forward Shuffles, Backwards Shuffles, High jumps/Headers. Carioca.
Area 2:
5 v 2 in each box. 4 outside box with 1 central v 2 defenders.
Plenty of Balls dotted around to keep the games going. Whoever gives the ball away goes in the middle. Get touch right and get tempo going.
Alternatives for area =
Square Passing Drills.
Area 3:
3 Teams of players.
Team 1 on outside of box working with team 2 in middle, to keep possession.
Team 3 are defenders looking to win the ball.
Switch roles.
3 Games of 3 Minutes.
