Description

⚽Practice Organization

• Players play and try to maintain possession with 1 touch

• The players that stay inside the 5vs2 rondo have to intercept the ball
• Player that intercepts the balls is sent off and the mistaken player gets into the rondo

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Quick passing
• 1 touch Max
• First 3 passes cannot be intercepted
• Instant restart from the point that the ball is intercepted(no lack time/obligation)

• Movement on the lines and the bounds of the Rondo-players should not stay static and in stationary position
• 20 passed are deemed adequate reason for the players inside the rondo to re-do the possession try 

⚽Progressions

• 1 player can get inside and play as joker in order to variate the intensity and presumably emerge more choices for the players(triangle-angles)
