Organization:
1. Separate players into two groups
2. One ball per goup
3. Cones should be 10 yards apart (or more if space)
Instructions:
1. Player A passes their ball with their right foot to Player B following their pass.
2. Player B receives the ball, passes the the ball to Player C following their pass.
3. Player C receives the ball, passes the ball to Player A following their pass.
4. Player A receives the ball, passes the ball to Player D following their pass.
5. Player D receives the ball, passes the ball to Player C following their pass.
6. Player C receives the ball, passes the ball to Player E following their pass.
7. Players should be using the inside of their right foot to pass and receive the ball.
8. Players continue rotation for allotted amount of time.
Coaching Points:
Passing - Push (Inside)
Angle of approach – center
Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
Head up observe your target
Contact ball - middle
Contact foot - inside
Ankle locked with toe pointed up
Follow through towards target with striking foot remaining open throughout
Body weight over the ball
Weight and accuracy of pass
Receiving - On Ground (Inside)
Receive with furthest foot from the ball
Slight hop onto standing foot on contact to prepare for next action
Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
Receiving - On Ground (Outside)
Receive with the nearest foot to the ball
Toe down ankle locked
Arms out for balance to feel for defender
Next action is to turn or protect the ball

2. Separate players into two teams
3. One ball with additional if needed
Instructions:
1. Each zone represents a position for the players, striker, midfield, defender.
2. Players must stay in their zones, they can pass from one zone to the next to try to score a goal.
3. The netural player (if needed) can move between zones, helping the offensive team move the ball up the field.
4. Players will play their position in their zone until the allotted time has expired. Players will then rotate to a new zone and continue playing.
