THE SESSION:

  • Team Handball to Goals
  • Goals must be scored with a header. Players can't move if they are holding the ball. If team drops the ball or it hits the ground, possession is given to other team.

THE SESSION:

Small sided game (15 mins)

THE SESSION:

  • Two teams with two sweeper players
    • sweepers only have three touches

Playing out from the back - centrally (10 mins)

THE SESSION: 4v6 +1 goalie

- Game is played in the central area of the pitch - the wide areas are out of bounds

- The red team has to get the ball into the No 9 who sets the ball back to create a scoring opportunity

- They can only pass the ball into the No 9 once they have gotten past the red line

- Ball starts from the GK to play out from the back through the central areas of the pitch

- If the blue team wins the ball, they have 7 seconds (change depending on ability) to score
